Terms of Service

1App Usage & License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely in connection with your Shopify store. The App is designed to read your product data and generate XML/CSV feeds for third-party platforms (like Google, Facebook, TikTok).

2User Responsibilities

• Shopify Terms: You must comply with all of Shopify's Terms of Service while using our App.
• Third-Party Policies: You are responsible for ensuring that the products in your feed comply with the advertising policies of Google, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, or any other channel you submit the feed to.
• Accurate Data: You must not use the App to distribute illegal, fraudulent, or malicious product data.

3Free Service & Fair Use

Catalog Feed is currently provided as a 100% Free service. However, to ensure server stability for all merchants, we reserve the right to impose limits on extremely large catalogs (e.g., over 50,000 products) or abnormally high sync requests. We may temporarily suspend accounts that abuse our infrastructure.

4Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including its codebase, design, and algorithms, are owned by OOPPRINT INVESTMENT JSC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our App or included software.

5Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible if your Catalog Feeds are rejected by third-party channels.

6Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OOPPRINT INVESTMENT JSC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

7Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update and change these Terms of Service from time to time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
