When you install the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• Store Information: Your store domain, email address, phone number, and location to verify your identity and communicate with you.
• Product Data: Information about your products, variants, collections, and pricing. We collect this data strictly to generate product feeds (XML/CSV) for third-party channels like Google Shopping, Facebook Catalog, TikTok, etc.
• Device Information: We automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device to ensure the security of our service.

2How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the personal and store information we collect primarily to provide and operate the App's core services. Specifically, we use this information to:

• Generate, update, and host your Catalog Feeds for external marketing channels.
• Communicate with you regarding customer support, bug fixes, and app updates.
• Screen our service for potential risk or fraud (in particular, your IP address).
• Improve and optimize our App (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers interact with the App).

3Sharing Your Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we securely process your product data to integrate with platforms like Google Merchant Center, Facebook Commerce Manager, or TikTok Business.

We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the App. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

4Data Retention

When you install the App, we will maintain your Store and Product Information for our records to keep the Catalog Feeds active. If you uninstall the App, we will automatically delete or anonymize your data from our servers within 48 hours (as per Shopify's data protection requirements), unless you request an earlier deletion.

If you are a European resident (under GDPR) or a California resident (under CCPA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. We do a lot of things to keep your data safe. We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from your Shopify store. We do not store your customers' personal buying history or payment information.
